We provide various types of salt from "handy size " to "large size".

Salt produced from seawater taken off the Japanese coast, concentrated using an ion-exchange system, and then boiling down the concentrate.

Nigari Shokuen

(800g standing pouch)

Sodium Chloride: 97% or more Magnesium basic 0.15%
("Nigari" means "Bittern")

Shokuen

(500g, 1kg, 5kg and 25kg bags)

Namien
